ABOUT ERIC BOHN

Professional and personable in attitude, Eric’s “clients first, sales second” approach is well received by those who’ve entrusted him with their real estate goals. With candor offered at each stage of the real estate journey, Eric’s relationship-driven business model lays the educational foundation very early on in his interactions with clients, which ultimately equips them with the knowledge to make the best decisions for themselves and their families. Embracing the fact that all clients’ needs are unique, Eric’s business focus is tailored yet flexible to the following:

  • Where: Chicago’s Northside, the North Shore, NW Suburbs, SE Lake County

  • Who: Sellers, Buyers, and investment portfolio clients

  • What: Single family homes, condos/townhomes, and multi-unit residential buildings

  • Price: All will be treated with the same respect and care, regardless of price point

With nearly a decade of experience, Eric brings negotiation expertise crafted from years of handling difficult objections from sellers, buyers, and competing brokers. His approach to listing a home is a simple blend of identifying his seller’s goals, thorough analysis of current market behaviors, and present day marketing strategies. And both his first-time and seasoned homebuyers experience a search process designed on targeting what's most important to them and disregarding what is not. Eric knows real estate is not rocket science, but sees it as a profession requiring an extreme amount of common sense - in a world that seems to be lacking this more everyday.

It’s these combined principles which place Eric as a top 10% Realtor in all of Chicagoland, notably without the aid of a full-time assistant or team members assisting him. Alongside his interpersonal and sales skills, Eric prides himself on his time management and organizational skills, which allow him to service his clients at this highest level.

Eric graduated with a B.A. in English from DePaul University - Lincoln Park in 2004. A very hands-on member of the community as an appointed Ambassador at the Glenview Chamber of Commerce, he volunteers much real time in helping with the coordination of its many annual events as well as serving as a new membership liaison. Eric also supports the Kiwanis Club of Glenview-Northbrook and the Heartland Animal Shelter in Prospect Heights.

His mission is to help everyone find their place in the world.
